This policy applies to all information collected or submitted in PrivateMusicStudio for iPhone and iPad.
CloudKit and iCloud
PrivateMusicStudio uses Apple CloudKit to sync data between your Apple devices (iPhone and iPad). Your data is stored in a private database, which is encrypted with an account-based key. Therefore, I do not have access to any data stored in your iCloud account. I also do not have access to your Apple ID, only a unique identifier that is linked to only our app. It is not possible to track your identity between apps with this identifier.
You can revoke access to iCloud and delete all your data in the iOS Settings app on your iOS device. Note, that you can't invite students to subscribe to their lesson content from with PrivateMusicStudio without using iCloud. I am not responsible for student information that you collect within the PrivateMusicStudio app, or data that you share out to students by inviting them to subscribe through iCloud.
Personal data is information that can identify you. This includes contact details when you write to me or contact me online (e.g. name, postal address, email address and phone number).
Email and Communication
The PrivateMusicStudio app contains information that enables you to contact me via email. If you contact me via email, the transmitted personal data is stored.
California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
I comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. I therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
I never collect or maintain information at my website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of my website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
You have the right to obtain the confirmation as to whether or not personal data of you is being processed.
You have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data and a copy of this information.
You have the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and to erase personal data as long as I am not required by law to store the data.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing of your personal data at any time.
You have the right to object to processing of your data.
You have the right to data portability.
Sharing Your Data
I do not share or sell your data to third parties.
